Breakfast is served from 8 am until 8.30 am
(Earlier by arrangement)
and you can choose what ever you want
(Just tell us the night before !)
Start with orange or
grapefruit juice
help yourself from a wide range of cereals.
(If you let us know the
night before,
excellent, freshly made
oatmeal porridge is available.)
Choose a freshly brewed pot of tea or
a cafetiere of freshly made coffee
Our standard breakfast consists of
2 thick rashers of grilled bacon,
fried homemade bread,
grilled tomato,
a fried egg
two, local (gold medal winning)
pork sausages.
As an alternative to the sausages,
we serve
McKechnie's excellent haggis
(from Inverness) or the famous
Charley McLeod's award winning
black pudding
from Stornoway

Breakfasts are always accompanied by hot,
freshly baked rolls and rounded off with toast
made from our delicious
homebaked white or wholemeal bread.
With homemade Seville orange marmalade and
freshly made raspberry jam
By the time you get to us
you may well have had
a similar breakfast so often that you'd like a change
- so we offer a large variety of alternatives
